How To Uninstall fldigi On Debian 9

To uninstall fldigi just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just fldigi

sudo apt-get remove fldigi

This will remove just the fldigi package itself.

Uninstall fldigi and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove fldigi

This will remove the fldigi package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for fldigi then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge fldigi

Or similarly, like this fldigi

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove fldigi
