How To Uninstall fonts-aksharyogini2 On Debian 9

To uninstall fonts-aksharyogini2 just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just fonts-aksharyogini2

aksharyogini2 devanagari normal style fontDebian 9.0fonts1.0-1
sudo apt-get remove fonts-aksharyogini2

This will remove just the fonts-aksharyogini2 package itself.

Uninstall fonts-aksharyogini2 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove fonts-aksharyogini2

This will remove the fonts-aksharyogini2 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for fonts-aksharyogini2 then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge fonts-aksharyogini2

Or similarly, like this fonts-aksharyogini2

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove fonts-aksharyogini2
