sudo apt-get remove fonts-arphic-gkai00mp

This will remove just the fonts-arphic-gkai00mp package itself.

Uninstall fonts-arphic-gkai00mp and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove fonts-arphic-gkai00mp

This will remove the fonts-arphic-gkai00mp package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too
