How To Uninstall fonts-dosis On Debian 9

To uninstall fonts-dosis just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just fonts-dosis

very simple, rounded, sans serif font familyDebian 9.0fonts1.7-2
sudo apt-get remove fonts-dosis

This will remove just the fonts-dosis package itself.

Uninstall fonts-dosis and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove fonts-dosis

This will remove the fonts-dosis package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for fonts-dosis then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge fonts-dosis

Or similarly, like this fonts-dosis

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove fonts-dosis
