How To Uninstall fonts-eeyek On Debian 9

To uninstall fonts-eeyek just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just fonts-eeyek

Eeyek TrueType font for Meetei Mayek scriptDebian 9.0fonts1.0-4
sudo apt-get remove fonts-eeyek

This will remove just the fonts-eeyek package itself.

Uninstall fonts-eeyek and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove fonts-eeyek

This will remove the fonts-eeyek package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for fonts-eeyek then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge fonts-eeyek

Or similarly, like this fonts-eeyek

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove fonts-eeyek
