Uninstall just fonts-georgewilliams

sudo apt-get remove fonts-georgewilliams

This will remove just the fonts-georgewilliams package itself.

Uninstall fonts-georgewilliams and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove fonts-georgewilliams

This will remove the fonts-georgewilliams package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for fonts-georgewilliams then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge fonts-georgewilliams

Or similarly, like this fonts-georgewilliams

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove fonts-georgewilliams
