To uninstall fonts-gujr-extra just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just fonts-gujr-extra

Free fonts for Gujarati scriptDebian 9.0fonts1.0-5
sudo apt-get remove fonts-gujr-extra

This will remove just the fonts-gujr-extra package itself.

Uninstall fonts-gujr-extra and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove fonts-gujr-extra

This will remove the fonts-gujr-extra package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for fonts-gujr-extra then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge fonts-gujr-extra

Or similarly, like this fonts-gujr-extra

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove fonts-gujr-extra
