How To Uninstall fonts-hack-otf On Debian 9

To uninstall fonts-hack-otf just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just fonts-hack-otf

Typeface designed for source code, OpenType fontsDebian 9.0fonts2.020-1
sudo apt-get remove fonts-hack-otf

This will remove just the fonts-hack-otf package itself.

Uninstall fonts-hack-otf and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove fonts-hack-otf

This will remove the fonts-hack-otf package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for fonts-hack-otf then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge fonts-hack-otf

Or similarly, like this fonts-hack-otf

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove fonts-hack-otf
