How To Uninstall fonts-junicode On Debian 9

To uninstall fonts-junicode just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just fonts-junicode

Unicode font for medievalists (Latin, IPA and Runic)Debian 9.0fonts0.7.8-2
sudo apt-get remove fonts-junicode

This will remove just the fonts-junicode package itself.

Uninstall fonts-junicode and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove fonts-junicode

This will remove the fonts-junicode package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for fonts-junicode then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge fonts-junicode

Or similarly, like this fonts-junicode

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove fonts-junicode
