How To Uninstall fonts-kalapi On Debian 9

To uninstall fonts-kalapi just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just fonts-kalapi

Kalapi Gujarati Unicode fontDebian 9.0fonts1.0-2
sudo apt-get remove fonts-kalapi

This will remove just the fonts-kalapi package itself.

Uninstall fonts-kalapi and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove fonts-kalapi

This will remove the fonts-kalapi package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for fonts-kalapi then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge fonts-kalapi

Or similarly, like this fonts-kalapi

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove fonts-kalapi
