How To Uninstall fonts-linex On Debian 9

To uninstall fonts-linex just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just fonts-linex

Fonts suitable for education and institutional useDebian 9.0fonts2.2-7
sudo apt-get remove fonts-linex

This will remove just the fonts-linex package itself.

Uninstall fonts-linex and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove fonts-linex

This will remove the fonts-linex package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for fonts-linex then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge fonts-linex

Or similarly, like this fonts-linex

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove fonts-linex
