How To Uninstall fonts-lklug-sinhala On Debian 9

To uninstall fonts-lklug-sinhala just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just fonts-lklug-sinhala

Unicode Sinhala font by Lanka Linux User GroupDebian 9.0fonts0.6-3
sudo apt-get remove fonts-lklug-sinhala

This will remove just the fonts-lklug-sinhala package itself.

Uninstall fonts-lklug-sinhala and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove fonts-lklug-sinhala

This will remove the fonts-lklug-sinhala package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for fonts-lklug-sinhala then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge fonts-lklug-sinhala

Or similarly, like this fonts-lklug-sinhala

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove fonts-lklug-sinhala
