How To Uninstall fonts-lohit-gujr On Debian 9

To uninstall fonts-lohit-gujr just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just fonts-lohit-gujr

Lohit TrueType font for Gujarati LanguageDebian 9.0fonts2.92.2-2
sudo apt-get remove fonts-lohit-gujr

This will remove just the fonts-lohit-gujr package itself.

Uninstall fonts-lohit-gujr and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove fonts-lohit-gujr

This will remove the fonts-lohit-gujr package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for fonts-lohit-gujr then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge fonts-lohit-gujr

Or similarly, like this fonts-lohit-gujr
