How To Uninstall fonts-nakula On Debian 9

To uninstall fonts-nakula just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just fonts-nakula

Free Unicode compliant Devanagari fontDebian 9.0fonts1.0-3
sudo apt-get remove fonts-nakula

This will remove just the fonts-nakula package itself.

Uninstall fonts-nakula and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove fonts-nakula

This will remove the fonts-nakula package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for fonts-nakula then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge fonts-nakula

Or similarly, like this fonts-nakula

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove fonts-nakula
