How To Uninstall fonts-nanum-extra On Debian 9

To uninstall fonts-nanum-extra just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just fonts-nanum-extra

Additional Nanum Korean fontsDebian 9.0fonts20140930-1
sudo apt-get remove fonts-nanum-extra

This will remove just the fonts-nanum-extra package itself.

Uninstall fonts-nanum-extra and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove fonts-nanum-extra

This will remove the fonts-nanum-extra package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for fonts-nanum-extra then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge fonts-nanum-extra

Or similarly, like this fonts-nanum-extra

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove fonts-nanum-extra
