How To Uninstall fonts-noto-hinted On Debian 9

To uninstall fonts-noto-hinted just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just fonts-noto-hinted

"No Tofu" font families with large Unicode coverage (hinted)Debian 9.0fonts20161116-1
sudo apt-get remove fonts-noto-hinted

This will remove just the fonts-noto-hinted package itself.

Uninstall fonts-noto-hinted and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove fonts-noto-hinted

This will remove the fonts-noto-hinted package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for fonts-noto-hinted then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge fonts-noto-hinted

Or similarly, like this fonts-noto-hinted

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove fonts-noto-hinted
