To uninstall fonts-oldstandard just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just fonts-oldstandard

sudo apt-get remove fonts-oldstandard

This will remove just the fonts-oldstandard package itself.

Uninstall fonts-oldstandard and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove fonts-oldstandard

This will remove the fonts-oldstandard package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for fonts-oldstandard then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge fonts-oldstandard

Or similarly, like this fonts-oldstandard

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove fonts-oldstandard
