How To Uninstall fonts-paktype On Debian 9

To uninstall fonts-paktype just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just fonts-paktype

PakType free OpenType Urdu fontsDebian 9.0fonts0.0svn20121225-2
sudo apt-get remove fonts-paktype

This will remove just the fonts-paktype package itself.

Uninstall fonts-paktype and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove fonts-paktype

This will remove the fonts-paktype package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for fonts-paktype then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge fonts-paktype

Or similarly, like this fonts-paktype

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove fonts-paktype
