How To Uninstall fonts-prociono On Debian 9

To uninstall fonts-prociono just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just fonts-prociono

font similar to the one used for the Debian logoDebian 9.0fonts2.3-3
sudo apt-get remove fonts-prociono

This will remove just the fonts-prociono package itself.

Uninstall fonts-prociono and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove fonts-prociono

This will remove the fonts-prociono package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for fonts-prociono then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge fonts-prociono

Or similarly, like this fonts-prociono

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove fonts-prociono
