How To Uninstall fonts-tiresias On Debian 9

To uninstall fonts-tiresias just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just fonts-tiresias

Fonts for the visually impairedDebian 9.0fonts0.1-3
sudo apt-get remove fonts-tiresias

This will remove just the fonts-tiresias package itself.

Uninstall fonts-tiresias and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove fonts-tiresias

This will remove the fonts-tiresias package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for fonts-tiresias then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge fonts-tiresias

Or similarly, like this fonts-tiresias

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove fonts-tiresias
