How To Uninstall fonts-unfonts-core On Debian 9

To uninstall fonts-unfonts-core just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just fonts-unfonts-core

Un series Korean TrueType fontsDebian 9.0fonts1.0.2-080608-13
sudo apt-get remove fonts-unfonts-core

This will remove just the fonts-unfonts-core package itself.

Uninstall fonts-unfonts-core and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove fonts-unfonts-core

This will remove the fonts-unfonts-core package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for fonts-unfonts-core then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge fonts-unfonts-core

Or similarly, like this fonts-unfonts-core

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove fonts-unfonts-core
