To uninstall fonts-wqy-zenhei just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just fonts-wqy-zenhei

sudo apt-get remove fonts-wqy-zenhei

This will remove just the fonts-wqy-zenhei package itself.

Uninstall fonts-wqy-zenhei and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove fonts-wqy-zenhei

This will remove the fonts-wqy-zenhei package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too
