How To Uninstall forensic-artifacts On Debian 9

To uninstall forensic-artifacts just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just forensic-artifacts

knowledge base of forensic artifacts (data files)Debian 9.0misc20161022-1
sudo apt-get remove forensic-artifacts

This will remove just the forensic-artifacts package itself.

Uninstall forensic-artifacts and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove forensic-artifacts

This will remove the forensic-artifacts package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for forensic-artifacts then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge forensic-artifacts

Or similarly, like this forensic-artifacts

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove forensic-artifacts
