How To Uninstall forkstat On Debian 9

To uninstall forkstat just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just forkstat

process fork/exec/exit monitoring toolDebian 9.0admin0.01.16-1
sudo apt-get remove forkstat

This will remove just the forkstat package itself.

Uninstall forkstat and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove forkstat

This will remove the forkstat package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for forkstat then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge forkstat

Or similarly, like this forkstat

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove forkstat
