How To Uninstall freebirth On Debian 9

To uninstall freebirth just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just freebirth

Bass synthesizer/sample player/sequencerDebian 9.0sound0.3.2-9.2
sudo apt-get remove freebirth

This will remove just the freebirth package itself.

Uninstall freebirth and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove freebirth

This will remove the freebirth package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for freebirth then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge freebirth

Or similarly, like this freebirth

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove freebirth
