How To Uninstall freelan On Debian 9

To uninstall freelan just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just freelan

Peer-to-peer virtual private network daemonDebian 9.0net2.0-2
sudo apt-get remove freelan

This will remove just the freelan package itself.

Uninstall freelan and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove freelan

This will remove the freelan package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for freelan then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge freelan

Or similarly, like this freelan

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove freelan
