To uninstall freeplane-scripting-api just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just freeplane-scripting-api

sudo apt-get remove freeplane-scripting-api

This will remove just the freeplane-scripting-api package itself.

Uninstall freeplane-scripting-api and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove freeplane-scripting-api

This will remove the freeplane-scripting-api package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for freeplane-scripting-api then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge freeplane-scripting-api

Or similarly, like this freeplane-scripting-api

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove freeplane-scripting-api
