How To Uninstall fslint On Debian 9

To uninstall fslint just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just fslint

Utility collection to find and fix common errors in file storageDebian 9.0admin2.44-2
sudo apt-get remove fslint

This will remove just the fslint package itself.

Uninstall fslint and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove fslint

This will remove the fslint package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for fslint then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge fslint

Or similarly, like this fslint

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove fslint
