How To Uninstall fsmark On Debian 9

To uninstall fsmark just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just fsmark

benchmark for simulating synchronous write workloadsDebian 9.0utils3.3-2+b1
sudo apt-get remove fsmark

This will remove just the fsmark package itself.

Uninstall fsmark and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove fsmark

This will remove the fsmark package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for fsmark then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge fsmark

Or similarly, like this fsmark

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove fsmark
