How To Uninstall fsprotect On Debian 9

To uninstall fsprotect just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just fsprotect

sudo apt-get remove fsprotect

This will remove just the fsprotect package itself.

Uninstall fsprotect and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove fsprotect

This will remove the fsprotect package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for fsprotect then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge fsprotect

Or similarly, like this fsprotect

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove fsprotect
