How To Uninstall fstrcmp-doc On Debian 9

To uninstall fstrcmp-doc just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just fstrcmp-doc

fuzzy string compare library - documentationDebian 9.0doc0.7.D001-1.1
sudo apt-get remove fstrcmp-doc

This will remove just the fstrcmp-doc package itself.

Uninstall fstrcmp-doc and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove fstrcmp-doc

This will remove the fstrcmp-doc package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for fstrcmp-doc then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge fstrcmp-doc

Or similarly, like this fstrcmp-doc

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove fstrcmp-doc
