How To Uninstall fteproxy On Debian 9

To uninstall fteproxy just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just fteproxy

programmable proxy for censorship circumventionDebian 9.0net0.2.19-1
sudo apt-get remove fteproxy

This will remove just the fteproxy package itself.

Uninstall fteproxy and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove fteproxy

This will remove the fteproxy package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for fteproxy then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge fteproxy

Or similarly, like this fteproxy

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove fteproxy
