How To Uninstall ftools-pow On Debian 9

To uninstall ftools-pow just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just ftools-pow

Curve plotting and image display interface toolDebian 9.0science5.4+dfsg-2+b1
sudo apt-get remove ftools-pow

This will remove just the ftools-pow package itself.

Uninstall ftools-pow and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ftools-pow

This will remove the ftools-pow package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for ftools-pow then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge ftools-pow

Or similarly, like this ftools-pow

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ftools-pow
