How To Uninstall ftpgrab On Debian 9

To uninstall ftpgrab just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just ftpgrab

file mirroring utilityDebian 9.0net0.1.5-5
sudo apt-get remove ftpgrab

This will remove just the ftpgrab package itself.

Uninstall ftpgrab and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ftpgrab

This will remove the ftpgrab package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for ftpgrab then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge ftpgrab

Or similarly, like this ftpgrab

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ftpgrab
