How To Uninstall fuse-convmvfs On Debian 9

To uninstall fuse-convmvfs just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just fuse-convmvfs

mirrors a whole filesystem tree from one charset to anotherDebian 9.0utils0.2.6-2+b2
sudo apt-get remove fuse-convmvfs

This will remove just the fuse-convmvfs package itself.

Uninstall fuse-convmvfs and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove fuse-convmvfs

This will remove the fuse-convmvfs package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for fuse-convmvfs then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge fuse-convmvfs

Or similarly, like this fuse-convmvfs

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove fuse-convmvfs
