How To Uninstall fwanalog On Debian 9

To uninstall fwanalog just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just fwanalog

firewall log-file report generator (using analog)Debian 9.0net0.6.9-7
sudo apt-get remove fwanalog

This will remove just the fwanalog package itself.

Uninstall fwanalog and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove fwanalog

This will remove the fwanalog package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for fwanalog then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge fwanalog

Or similarly, like this fwanalog

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove fwanalog
