How To Uninstall fwbuilder On Debian 9

To uninstall fwbuilder just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just fwbuilder

Firewall administration tool GUIDebian 9.0net5.1.0-4+b4
sudo apt-get remove fwbuilder

This will remove just the fwbuilder package itself.

Uninstall fwbuilder and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove fwbuilder

This will remove the fwbuilder package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for fwbuilder then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge fwbuilder

Or similarly, like this fwbuilder

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove fwbuilder
