How To Uninstall iat On Debian 9

To uninstall iat just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just iat

Converts many CD-ROM image formats to iso9660Debian 9.0otherosfs0.1.3-7+b2
sudo apt-get remove iat

This will remove just the iat package itself.

Uninstall iat and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove iat

This will remove the iat package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for iat then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge iat

Or similarly, like this iat

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove iat
