How To Uninstall igaelic On Debian 9

To uninstall igaelic just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just igaelic

Scots Gaelic dictionary for ispellDebian 9.0text0.50-11
sudo apt-get remove igaelic

This will remove just the igaelic package itself.

Uninstall igaelic and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove igaelic

This will remove the igaelic package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for igaelic then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge igaelic

Or similarly, like this igaelic

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove igaelic
