How To Uninstall libacl1 On Debian 9

To uninstall libacl1 just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libacl1

linuxAccess control list shared librarylibs2.2.52-3+b1
sudo apt-get remove libacl1

This will remove just the libacl1 package itself.

Uninstall libacl1 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libacl1

This will remove the libacl1 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libacl1 then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libacl1

Or similarly, like this libacl1

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libacl1
