How To Uninstall libaff4-utils On Debian 9

To uninstall libaff4-utils just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libaff4-utils

AFF4 - The Advanced Forensics File Format - utilitiesDebian 9.0utils0.24.post1-2
sudo apt-get remove libaff4-utils

This will remove just the libaff4-utils package itself.

Uninstall libaff4-utils and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libaff4-utils

This will remove the libaff4-utils package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libaff4-utils then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libaff4-utils

Or similarly, like this libaff4-utils

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libaff4-utils
