To uninstall libandroidsdk-common-java just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libandroidsdk-common-java

Android sdk tools common libraryDebian 9.0java22.2+git20130830~92d25d6-4
sudo apt-get remove libandroidsdk-common-java

This will remove just the libandroidsdk-common-java package itself.

Uninstall libandroidsdk-common-java and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libandroidsdk-common-java

This will remove the libandroidsdk-common-java package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libandroidsdk-common-java then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libandroidsdk-common-java

Or similarly, like this libandroidsdk-common-java
