sudo apt-get remove libapache2-mod-upload-progress

This will remove just the libapache2-mod-upload-progress package itself.

Uninstall libapache2-mod-upload-progress and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libapache2-mod-upload-progress

This will remove the libapache2-mod-upload-progress package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libapache2-mod-upload-progress then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libapache2-mod-upload-progress
