How To Uninstall libhtml-tagset-perl On Debian 9

To uninstall libhtml-tagset-perl just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libhtml-tagset-perl

Data tables pertaining to HTMLDebian 9.0perl3.20-3
sudo apt-get remove libhtml-tagset-perl

This will remove just the libhtml-tagset-perl package itself.

Uninstall libhtml-tagset-perl and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libhtml-tagset-perl

This will remove the libhtml-tagset-perl package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libhtml-tagset-perl then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libhtml-tagset-perl

Or similarly, like this libhtml-tagset-perl

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libhtml-tagset-perl
