How To Uninstall liblog4j2-java On Debian 9

To uninstall liblog4j2-java just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just liblog4j2-java

Apache Log4j - Logging Framework for JavaDebian 9.0java2.7-2
sudo apt-get remove liblog4j2-java

This will remove just the liblog4j2-java package itself.

Uninstall liblog4j2-java and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove liblog4j2-java

This will remove the liblog4j2-java package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for liblog4j2-java then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge liblog4j2-java

Or similarly, like this liblog4j2-java

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove liblog4j2-java
