How To Uninstall libpam-apparmor On Debian 9

To uninstall libpam-apparmor just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libpam-apparmor

changehat AppArmor library as a PAM moduleDebian 9.0libs2.11.0-3
sudo apt-get remove libpam-apparmor

This will remove just the libpam-apparmor package itself.

Uninstall libpam-apparmor and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libpam-apparmor

This will remove the libpam-apparmor package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libpam-apparmor then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libpam-apparmor

Or similarly, like this libpam-apparmor

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libpam-apparmor
