How To Uninstall libslice-java On Debian 9

To uninstall libslice-java just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libslice-java

linuxJava library for efficiently working with heap and off-heap memoryjava0.10-2
sudo apt-get remove libslice-java

This will remove just the libslice-java package itself.

Uninstall libslice-java and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libslice-java

This will remove the libslice-java package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libslice-java then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libslice-java

Or similarly, like this libslice-java

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libslice-java
