How To Uninstall libwww-perl On Debian 9

To uninstall libwww-perl just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libwww-perl

simple and consistent interface to the world-wide webDebian 9.0perl6.15-1
sudo apt-get remove libwww-perl

This will remove just the libwww-perl package itself.

Uninstall libwww-perl and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libwww-perl

This will remove the libwww-perl package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libwww-perl then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libwww-perl

Or similarly, like this libwww-perl

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libwww-perl
