sudo apt-get remove libwww-robotrules-perl

Uninstall libwww-robotrules-perl and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libwww-robotrules-perl

This will remove the libwww-robotrules-perl package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
