How To Uninstall libxcb-randr0 On Debian 9

To uninstall libxcb-randr0 just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libxcb-randr0

X C Binding, randr extensionDebian 9.0libs1.12-1
sudo apt-get remove libxcb-randr0

This will remove just the libxcb-randr0 package itself.

Uninstall libxcb-randr0 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libxcb-randr0

This will remove the libxcb-randr0 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libxcb-randr0 then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libxcb-randr0

Or similarly, like this libxcb-randr0

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libxcb-randr0
